(We
lost this guy due to old age and had to let him go in 2011. We will miss his happy personality. This
is his original write up below.)
Welcome to our newest resident, Studley, to Washington state.More photos
soon when he is all cleaned up so stay tuned.
If you want some amazing show
and working Western lines on both sides along with great brains, halter conformation and motion too then Studley is your boy.
This guy is very handsome with his very impressive neck even when all grubby in a paddock as seen in
these photos!
Studley is a fun one and has a ton of personality. What a neat horse. Thanks Jean
and Jaime for letting him come “home.”I am forever in your debt.
This colt reminds me so much of his sire that I can hardly stand it. It so good that
Studley is here in his last home.I tried to buy this guy over the years and was always turned down, but
he is here now and Dennis and I are thrilled. I still miss his sire to this day although Emmy passed away in the 1990s.Emissary is the reason why I will never get out of Morgans. Emmy was such a great breeding, trail
and show horse.Like father like son here with this guy and now is your chance to breed to him before these
rare lines are gone forever. He is never leaving and we will be getting foals out of him too as he
represents three generations of my family's breeding of quality Morgan show horses.
Studley is black, 15 hands, and 950 pounds
or weighs more if all covered in dirt like his photos.

We do not have photos of Studley's dam or her lines as my family had a house
fire when I was a kid so we lost all those photos of breeding horses since the 1950s. But the photos of Emmy above are
two of my favorites and one I took of Emmy, the head shot. For more on Emmy and to see another halter shot of him and
more photos of a half brother Embassy, a Reserve World Champion, then please see our Remembering page on this web site.
