Jay's papers are below at the bottom of the page.
Jay is one mellow, calm and happy stallion who loves attention
and people. He is the sire of the palamino filly we have on our site under Our Mares, Brie. Jay was a herd sire
at Beaches Triple T Morgan Farm near Ellensburg, WA until we talked them into letting us play with Jay here. I saw Jay in 2008 at a horse open house and stallion showcase I managed and started. It was love at first sight.
Jay was born April 2002,
14.3H and about 1100 pounds. He comes from a long line of 97% Foundation bred working Western horses and his foals are
all very good sized. His filly Brie that we have will be at least 15.1H even though both her parents are 14.3H.
His siblings are also throwing larger sized horses when used for breed too. So we get a smaller horse that still has
nice sized foals around 15.2H or larger if the mares have some height behind them too. I find they eat less! Too
funny.
Cremello is the lightest tan of the creme horses. And with his blue eyes this is one gorgeous stallion. To see
what color your foal would be by Jay please see the www.morgancolors.con web site as they can explain much better then I ever could. I liked Jay first for his sweet brains,
halter conformation and then his color was icing on the cake.
Jay
loads and hauls, stands at hitching post, moves from pressure, comes running when called, trail rides so yes he is broke,
walks over obstacles, has lovely ground manners and we normally walk him around with just a halter and leap rope, tie him
up next to mares all the time, trims, easy to breed with him and knows that job well, etc. Jay is like a gelding
with parts around the farm.
He will be sold to a breeding home or
I will geld him and keep him as a safe, sweet gelding for me. If sold to a breeding home with Morgan broodmares then
i will retain breedings so he is not gelded. His foals are gorgeous.
Let me know if you want to come meet Jay in person.
I will need a bit of notice as we also run a dog rescue here also so I will need appointments in advance. I am scheduled
out a couple of weeks at least. Call 509-796-2140 or email is the best way to reach me if I am working horses outside:
dragoonfr @ hotmail.com and please remove spaces before emailing.
Please see his papers below. WINTER SPECIAL PRICE, PRICE REDUCED FOR A PROVEN PRODUCER: $3300. Will trade
for a trailer, truck, horse hay delivered, or something that does not eat. Email Margo for more details.
